Since she appeared at WrestleMania 31, everyone seems to have contracted a ferocious, yet nonfatal case of Rouseymania. Ronda Rousey and The Rock seemed excited at the idea of teaming up again in a WWE ring, but according to her agent, everybody needs to take a breath and just calm down.
Via Fox News:
While the deal to get Rousey to appear in the WWE was in the works for several months, her agent, Brad Slater from William Morris Endeavor, who also represents Johnson, told UFC Tonight’s Ariel Helwani on Wednesday that this was a one-shot deal and the UFC women’s bantamweight champion isn’t scheduled to appear on WWE programming again this year.
Okay, but that’s just THIS YEAR, right? Technically, WrestleMania 32 is next year. We should be able to continue to freak out, right?
Ronda Rousey does NOT have a deal with the WWE, her WrestleMania appearance was a "one-off".

Oh.
From the wrestling side of things, it’s hard not to shrug and be like, “Okay, guys. We get it. Whatever you say… WINK WINK.” Because our natural state is to assume that we’re being worked and not trust anything from any source ever. So, if you don’t mind, company with real punches, I’m gonna keep all of these Rousey-WWE news alerts until WrestleMania 32 passes.
