WWE Superstars spend plenty of time in the gym, but can the biggest and baddest from the world of sports entertainment hang with a legend of weight-lifting? That’s what Big E, Braun Strowman, and Jinder Mahal all tried to find out when they ventured down to the Valley of the Beasts earlier this year to work out with the one and only C.T. Fletcher.
We’ve seen what Braun Strowman can do recently, with his Herculean efforts in flipping a damn ambulance on Raw, so it’s no surprise that he was able to hang with Fletcher rep for rep in an absolutely insane arm workout. Big E held his own as well, and Jinder Mahal powered through as much as he could in an impressive showing with some real heavy hitters.
It’s really easy to get lost in C.T. Fletcher workout videos on YouTube — the man is an absolute beast — and this is an especially entertaining one. For one, Big E can’t comprehend how a 100 rep tricep workout is just the “warmup” portion, and throughout the video he keeps counting reps and repeating it back to Fletcher in a somewhat confused voice. It’s fantastic.
As I mentioned above, we know Strowman is a monster, but this just gives us more physical evidence of how ridiculous he is. Strowman was sweating out the end of the tricep gauntlet, but powered through, and he beasted the curls portion of the workout. All three got the C.T. Fletcher stamp of approval for coming in and not asking for anything less than the most intense arm workout possible.
