This won’t come as a surprise to anyone, but Brock Lesnar is going to make a ton of money for his return to mixed martial arts at UFC 200. Lesnar is going to pocket a record-breaking amount of money, as Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports revealed that Lesnar is going to pull in a $2.5 million purse for his fight against Mark Hunt.
Brock Lesnar's purse tonight is $2.5 million

For context, this is easily the largest purse in UFC history. The prior record was unsurprisingly held by Conor McGregor, who took in a purse of $1 million for his fight at UFC 196 against Nate Diaz. Lesnar is the kind of dude who wants to win above everything else, so he’s almost definitely not going to take solace in the fact that he brought home a ton of cash if Hunt ends up spoiling his return to the octagon.
Of course, this isn’t all the money that Lesnar will take earn, as he is going to get a share of pay-per-view sales. So if you are in high school and don’t know what you want to do when you grow up, just strive to be the next Brock Lesnar, because then you’ll make a ton of money solely based on the fact that you’re the next Brock Lesnar.
