John Cena Made A Patriotic Return To WWE Raw And Got Jumped

Back in January, almost immediately after his return from a lengthy hiatus, John Cena announced that he’d be having shoulder surgery and would miss WrestleMania. Cena made an appearance at Mania after all, even if he wasn’t healthy enough to have a match, but hasn’t appeared on WWE TV since.

That ended on the Memorial Day edition of WWE Raw, with Cena and his no-longer-Pabst-Blue-Ribbon t-shirt returning to the active duty roster.

If you weren’t aware, John Cena feels strongly about America.

That led to an interruption from AJ Styles, who has spent the past couple of months dealing with the promotion’s other John Cena, Roman Reigns. They were interrupted by Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, who had a falling out with Styles on last week’s episode, and the promo built to the big finish: The Club reuniting and standing tall over Cena.

(They’re really upset about the beer.)
