Master P Is Getting Back Into Pro Wrestling As The New Owner Of House Of Glory

Is pro wrestling in 2019 not crazy enough for you yet?

Perhaps you’ll be interested to learn that No Limit impresario and former WCW Superstar Master P has announced himself as the new owner of the House of Glory wrestling promotion, declaring that he’s, “hiring all the top wrestlers.” Hoody how?

“And we gettin’ into wrestling! I’m just tellin’ y’all, Vince McMahon, you in trouble, ’cause I’m ’bout to take over wrestling. A whole different league. HOG … House of Glory Wrestling. I’m hiring all the top wrestlers, come over here, WWE, come over here to us.”

If you aren’t aware, House of Glory is an independent promotion and school out of New York City ran by wrestlers Amazing Red and Brian XL It’s been around since 2012 and featured everyone from WWE’s Ricochet, EC3, and the Hardy Boyz, to current AEW stars like the Young Bucks, the Lucha Bros, and Ortiz and Santana. Master P, of course, is a multi-platinum rap mogul who once led his No Limit Soldiers into battle with the rap-hating West Texas Rednecks in World Championship Wrestling in 1999. Please to enjoy this clip of him performing on WCW Monday Nitro:

No word yet on when P takes over or what the change in ownership will mean, but let’s hope Barry and Kendall Windham show up to continue the tag team wrestling war for musical genre supremacy.
