One of the best parts of any given episode of “Total Divas” — other than absolutely every instant of the show — is usually Tyson Kidd, a.k.a. Nattie’s husband, TJ, reacting in some completely realistic, endlessly perturbed fashion to the completely ridiculous things going on around him at any given moment. Alas, TJ revealed via Twitter that whenever the show comes back for a sixth season (following the “Total Bellas” spinoff in the fall), he will not be a part of it.

The show has undergone cast changes in just about every season (hi and bye, Ariane, Summer Rae and Naomi), but this is definitely the biggest blow to date. Natalya is still expected to very much be a part of the show, but it’s a massive bummer we’ll no longer have TJ around to toss sarcastic bites of burrito at his sister-in-law.
I’m going to go ahead and chalk this up to Natalya not being home very often in the sixth season, and/or TJ just having fewer things to make him irritated. Still, he will very much be missed. Here’s to hoping he’s around for the eventual seventh season.
(I have to keep telling myself “Total Divas” will be on forever, because if it ever gets canceled I legitimately have no idea what I’m going to do with myself.)
