The greatest trick the Dead Man ever pulled was making the world think he was close to retirement. The Undertaker has been in the news a lot lately, first from being photographed out and about while using crutches, which were reportedly to assist him in recovery from hip surgery. Just a short while later, the Phenom stopped by the home opener for the Cleveland Cavaliers and looked absolutely amazing while decked out in his full costume.
Now, it appears, he will be back on WWE television far sooner than any of us imagined. The Mohegan Sun Arena in Pennsylvania is announcing that Undertaker will be part of Smackdown’s 900th episode on November 15, which takes place just days before WWE’s Survivor Series pay-per-view in Toronto.

Everyone knows that WWE loves to celebrate nice round numbers of episodes of their television show. Fans have also picked up on the subtle hints that the company wants to make Survivor Series a big honkin’ deal this year, as it will be a dual brand promotion and will feature a rematch 12 years in the making when Brock Lesnar faces off against Goldberg. There are currently only five matches on the card. Could Undertaker also be performing at the big November event? We’ll have to wait and see.
But the Undertaker is coming back! Set your DVRs and prepare for a straight-up 30-minute entrance. We can’t wait.
