Sean Waltman, aka X-Pac, was arrested on Saturday night at LAX. The arrest was first reported by TMZ, and according to PWInsider.com, the police report cites that he was charged with five counts of narcotics possession intended for sale. Waltman, who was set to travel to the UK for a show, was stopped after his bag had been flagged by a K-9 officer.
According to the police report, Waltman’s bag contained THC capsules, methamphetamine pills, and THC liquid cigarettes and when he stated he was returning from the England on May 1, the officers determined that was too much for one person to consume in that time frame, thus leading to the intent for sale charges. He was arrested and taken to booking, where police also found that Waltman had an outstanding warrant from a prior DUI case. He was later released on $35,000 bond.
Waltman tweeted about the incident late Monday night after his release and said he would explain everything on his AfterBuzz TV podcast, but made sure to note in his tweet that this wasn’t a relapse.

Waltman has battled with substance abuse in the past and has been open about those issues recently. Fans flooded his mentions to offer their support and love in hopes that he was indeed telling the truth about the incident and that he has not suffered a relapse. We’ll have to wait until Wednesday to hear Waltman’s side of the story and then wait for the legal process to run its course.
