He might not have invented the internet like his Democratic predecessor Al Gore, but Vice President Joe Biden sure knows how to use it. (Erm, be used by it.) From a Veep parody skit to calling a 3-year-old, Joe’s all over the place, and now it seems a Getty photo of him is making the rounds on Twitter.
According to The Daily Dot, Michael Doran, a senior fellow at the Saban Center for Middle East Policy at the Brookings Institution, posted the photo to Twitter.
On Sept. 18, Getty Images photographer Olivier Douliery took this photo of Biden looking pensive during a meeting with President Barack Obama and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. This weekend, the photo resurfaced, and the Biden-hungry Internet—especially Twitter—saw it and got to work.
And “got to work” the internet did. All things being equal, trolls flooded Doran’s caption contest, but a few clever ones slipped through.

All great, but no potential titles or song tracks for the eventual emo album were offered. I’m pulling for Highway to the Friend Zone.
