During airport delays, I now randomly sign copies of my book: pic.twitter.com/741eZfTgOL

What’s that, you ask? Oh, nothing much — just Aziz Ansari’s latest method for passing the time at John F. Kennedy International Airport. You know, the one in Queens that’s a pain in the ass to get to.
He found a copy of his book Modern Romance, for which he netted a whopping $3.5 million payday back in 2013, and signed it, “I was bored at JFK & signed this.” Talk about a helluva surprise for the weary cross-country or international traveler.
The book hit shelves in mid June. Before that, the New York Times gave it a generally positive review, and Ansari and collaborator Eric Klinenberg, a professor of sociology at New York University, published a snippet of it in the paper.
