This is a bear on the University of Boulder campus in Colorado. Because people are scared of bears, especially ones hiding in a tree, officers tranquilized it.
This is the bear falling out of that tree.
Thankfully the bear was OK and relocated to a different area. Bear falling out of a tree has now sparked several memes. This one in particular is pretty damn amazing.
