The title of this YouTube video is “Bill Wearing His Boots,” which I only point out because who names their dog “Bill?” Is it actually short for William? This is hilarious. At any rate, Bill is clearly not happy about this situation, as he walks around in a traumatized daze not understanding why these things of the devil are strapped to his feet. Or, me IRL whenever I have to wear heels.
