Good news, folks. We don’t even have to wait until March 15th to get our collective Community fix on. That’s right, starting this Wednesday three new animated Community shorts entitled “Abed’s Master Key” hit Hulu and NBC.com. The Community gang made the announcement at Paleyfest in LA, in what I inferred to be a massive suck it to the Nielsen system and their archaic methods for judging a television show’s popularity. Per EW:
The shorts form a three-part story called “Abed’s Master Key,” in which Dean Pelton hires Abed as his assistant. As part of the job, Abed gets the Master Key for Greendale. Presumably, shenanigans ensue.
We had to endure a few long months, but suddenly everything’s coming up Community. Spring is in the air, flowers are beginning to bloom, celebrity cell phones are being hacked. I suddenly feel like the world is properly spinning on its axis again.
