The ‘Deadpool’ Gag Reel Is As Dirty As You Think It Is

Deadpool won’t be released on DVD and Blu-ray until May 10, but fans of the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all-time can already watch it on iTunes, with an “Extras” bundle that includes deleted scenes, an 80-minute documentary (directed by Ken Burns, I assume), and a gag reel. It’s six full minutes of Weasel (T.J. Miller) making Trench Coat Mafia jokes, Deadpool taunting the bad guys, and Morena Baccarin trying (and failing) not to break.

But the best material is Weasel describing what Wade’s face looks like.

-“You look like somebody turned your face inside-out and just left it like that, but then you got in a house fire.”

-“You look like a house fire was in another house fire.”

-“You look like Shrek took a sh*t on your neck.”

-“You look like the inside of other people’s assholes.”

Weasel also saved a good barb for Gina Carano’s Angel Dust: “Hey, I didn’t know Miley Cyrus joined The Cure.” Other gag reel highlights include Ryan Reynolds going through his pop culture Rolodex (the final version — “You’re gonna leave me all alone here with less angry Rosie O’Donnell?” — was the right choice), the infamous pegging scene, and “my stunt man’s about to f*ck you up.” Considering all the meta jokes in the theatrical cut, it’s surprising that line didn’t make it. Maybe in the sequel.
