Yet Another Doctor Has Cleared Daniel Bryan To Compete, So Come On WWE Let’s Do This

There have been a lot of rumours surrounding Daniel Bryan and his absence from WWE. That email saying he was going to be released was obviously fake, but he’s been gone long enough that it still made people panic for real. Daniel Bryan has been saying for a while now that he’s fine and ready to go, but WWE just won’t budge.

It’s been speculated that WWE is scared of bringing him back, which makes Daniel Bryan constantly itching to get back in the ring even harder to see. He talks about it on Total Divas, he flipped his lid at the idea of wrestling former New Japan Pro Wrestling star Shinsuke Nakamura, and he’s still training like he could step in the ring tomorrow. Now, a UCLA neurology specialist is the latest doctor to say that could be possible.

According to The Wrestling Observer, Bryan has had “a whole bunch of tests done at UCLA with their concussion specialists, and they deemed him OK.” Bryan had previously been cleared by his own doctor back in July, but WWE and specialist Dr. Joseph Maroon have yet to give him the go-ahead.

There’s another, less-popular theory that Bryan is fine and just being held back so what they have planned for his return will go off without a hitch, which honestly seems the most likely to me. What do you guys think? Is WWE scared because everyone who steps in a WWE ring seems to shatter like candy glass? Will we see him come back this weekend at the Royal Rumble and make us forget that Triple H as a world champion in 2016 was ever a real possibility? Do you think he and Kane will both return together because the power of friendship heals everything? Or do you just want him to be happy again and stop looking like this all the time?
