Doctors Have Reportedly Told Nikki Bella She’ll Never Wrestle Full-Time Again

Nikki Bella has been sidelined for months with a neck injury that caused her to have surgery. Her timetable for a return has been up in the air for a while now, but thanks to the folks at Pro Wrestling Sheet, we have some clarity. And it’s not good.

According to PWS, Nikki Bella was scheduled to appear on Raw — maybe even getting involved with the 5-on-5 Divas match in some capacity — but those plans changed when doctors informed her that a single bump could end her career. As it stands, the doctors informed Bella that it’d be impossible for her to make a full-time return to the ring. Her neck still hasn’t fused and as it stands the damage is too much of a risk. And with WWE’s recent push for more caution, it’d be hard for her to win any argument that gets her back in the ring.

As it stands now, she has to wait until a CAT scan in July confirms that she can even begin the process of returning to the ring. In the span of three months, we may have seen the end of Daniel Bryan, and both Bellas’ careers. That’s going to make for a compelling and heart-wrenching season of Total Divas.
