Monday night’s Home Run Derby featured a nice Stand Up 2 Cancer tribute before the event’s final round. It gave everyone in attendance a chance to reflect back on and support anyone they know who has been affected by cancer. Or, in the case of one guy, it gave him the chance to propose marriage.
Nothing says romance like proposing at the Home Run Derby … to a woman that’s not with you … during a cancer tribute. Proposals at sporting events are usually pretty lame, but this one might take the cake as the lamest of all time. I’m not liking this dude’s chances at a happy marriage, but at least he has better hair than Chris Berman.
