Amy Poehler And Amy Schumer Got Primped Before Presenting The First Emmy Award

After Emmys host Andy Samberg’s very rousing video introduction, followed by a mostly solid monologue, Amy Poehler and Amy Schumer were brought onstage to present the Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy, which went to Allison Janney for Mom. But as Women in Comedy, the Amys also had to be party of a “Bit” that began during Samberg’s monologue and yielded this amazing Poehler side-eye GIF:

And then, after being called up onstage by Samberg, the Amys underwent an impromptu primping before scaling the stairs:

Surely, Jon Hamm will be subject to the same final touches if he has to take the stage at some point this evening.
