To get the numbers, Match looked at the location of users who said they drank “regularly” (so maybe Texans are just more honest in their dating profiles?).
Other metropolitan areas that made the list: Santa Rosa-Petaluma, CA, came in second; followed by New Orleans-Metairie-Kenner, LA; Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton, OR-WA; and Charleston, SC.
