Game of Thrones season six premieres soon, but not enough, and everyone is getting antsy. Even the writers. It’s been a longer wait than usual (before this year, the latest premiere was April 17 for season one), so to pass the time, Thrones producer Bryan Cogman, who also wrote “Kissed by Fire” and the controversial “Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken,” has been live-tweeting his favorite episodes.
