‘Side to Side’ advocate Nicki Minaj has put in a bit of work this Labor Day Weekend. The conjurer of Roman Zolanski has dropped a brand new cut that should be weaseled into any sort of playlist you have going along at the moment.
On Sunday afternoon, Nicki brought the sparkling “The Pinkprint Freestyle” into the world complete with lyric of the year candidate: “I’m dragging these hoes like Harambe did the kid.” If there’s been a more brilliantly deranged line in 2016, we haven’t heard it. Taking Young M.A.’s “OOOUUU” for a spin, Nicki shouts out Lil Wayne, filets the competition and vows that she’ll make “b*tches go M.I.A.” in an extended nod to her “Give Me All Your Luvin'” trackmate. Of course, every single syllable of this release will be combed through for (real or imagined) shots at the competition, so expect the chatter about this to be continued after the holiday.
