Usher’s Eighth Album ‘Hard II Love’ Arrives A Few Days Early

Usher is back with his eighth studio album, Hard II Love. This comes after a few months of promo with successful Billboard Top 40 hit “No Limit,” featuring Young Thug, and the criminally overlooked “Crash” single.

Hard II Love has had a rough road to being released. Just a month ago, it was going to be titled Flawed, which was the first title we received back in January. Prior to that, Usher had to deal with unknown issues as he put the album on hold indefinitely back in September 2014. In that same year, he had “Good Kisser” and it only charted at #65 on the Hot 100. Despite this, nothing is done without reason and now Usher stands to have a bigger rollout thanks to his Thug-assisted single.

In addition to Young Thug, Usher enlists the only other guest feature with Future on “Rivals.” In the four years since Looking 4 Myself, it seems like Usher has a lot on his mind to say and including a bunch of features would only hold him back. He’s also a veteran with a fanbase that doesn’t need to rely on collaborating with a bunch of hot rappers to get looks.

Stream Usher’s Hard II Love below exclusively through TIDAL until Friday when it’s released worldwide.
