When Marilyn Manson released the first single from Antichrist Superstar, “The Beautiful People,” the members of Unlocking the Truth, they of the $1 million contract (they’re unlikely to receive that much, BUT STILL), weren’t alive yet. I realize that’s not a big deal — Kendrick Lamar was negative-nine years old when Dr. Dre and NWA went Straight Outta Compton — but it feels like it is; they don’t even know that Manson is the one who caused Columbine, obviously.
Anyway, here they all are, performing together at a recent show in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Remember when Manson played this song during the MTV Video Music Awards? They don’t.
