After two seasons of massive critical acclaim but extremely low ratings, NBC seems to have found a solution its Hannibal woes by moving the series to the summer. However, since the initial announcement, there’s been no word as to exactly when the series will premiere. In addition, there’s been no word on whether or not the show will retain its Friday time slot… until now:

With the date, it confirms the show will be moving back to its original season one timeslot of Thursdays at 10pm. Also, it shows some faith from the network for the series to succeed in the less competitive summer season.
