MENSA and Science for Society member Christina Ochoa, who more importantly was in one episode of Modern Family and has written for Vogue España, and her boyfriend, actor Derek Theler (he’s the star of ABC Family’s Baby Daddy), are big fans of Discovery Channel’s Naked & Afraid, in which couples get naked and/or afraid. So much so that they recently pretended to be on the sunburned reality series.
Contestants usually spend 21 days in the wild, but Theler and Ochoa’s re-staging only took 21 hours, or enough time for a fake “Viperconda” to strike. They truly risked everything: What would’ve happened if their phone died?!?
