Normally, I don’t expect much realism, or even vaguely relatable characters, from most zombie movies, but daaaaamn, look at you, first Maggie trailer, being all atmospheric and tense like that.
Maggie stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as a grizzled Midwestern farmer who must protect and/or eventually kill his daughter (Abigail Breslin) when she’s infected with a slowly-progressing zombie disease. Director Henry Hobson will premiere Maggie at the Tribeca Film Festival next month, and the rest of us will have to wait to see just how dark it gets when it opens on May 8.
