If You Currently Enjoy In-N-Out, Probably Don’t Watch This Guy Eat It For 30 Straight Days

Everything is okay in moderation, including moderation… and especially In-N-Out, as one steel-stomached University of California, Irvine student so valiantly demonstrated when he went full Morgan Spurlock on the West Coast burger chain.

Twenty-year-old Dustin Wang conducted an experiment which called for him to eat at least one meal at In-N-Out for 30 straight days, with each meal consisting of at least one double-double and an order of fries. Wang blogged about his experience, providing brief updates and a Vine or so after each meal before compiling the footage into a montage that probably won’t be featured in Creed 2‘s training sequence:

For those of you keeping score at home, it took exactly 28 days for Wang to go from:

“I ordered a Double Double and Animal Style Fries and it was the most delicious thing I had ever eaten. I had no idea that fast food could be that good.”

To:

“Tomorrow is the last day. More excited than anything to immediately start a juice cleanse. As a survivor, I can tell you that fries are the hardest part of this challenge.”

All told, Wang gained a mere two pounds over the course of his month-long experiment, which goes to show you that you can eat like an absolute maniac without ruining your bikini body, assuming of course that you’ve got the metabolism of a college student and/or the work ethic to do something about all those damn calories.
