Andre Johnson, no, not that Andre Johnson, but an official Wu-Tang Clan-approved rapper, reportedly tried committing suicide this morning when he cut off his penis then jumped off a two-story building. TMZ has the report (with a welcome lack of “protect ya neck” references).
Our sources say they were called to an apartment building in North Hollywood at around 1:00 AM and found Andre Johnson on the sidewalk critically injured. Johnson was rushed by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. It’s unclear if doctor’s are attempting to reattach Johnson’s penis. (Via)
This is a serious story and we hope Johnson gets the medical and emotional help he needs, but “it’s unclear if doctor’s are attempting to reattach Johnson’s penis” is a fascinating sentence. It sounds like one of the escalating threats at the beginning of “Method Man.”
