Don’t worry, Mike White, you’re gorgeous, too. But we already knew that. The last time we checked in on Miranda Cosgrove, she was on iCarly and NOPE. She reemerged in Austin, Texas this week, though, as part of a 10th anniversary screening of School of Rock. Director Richard Linklater was there to celebrate his charming love letter to rock ‘n’ roll as seen through Joan Cusack dancing to Fleetwood Mac, as were Jack Black and his Horace Green students. There’s tall lady bassist and Brace Face and Zack-Attack and, um, the rest, including Cosgrove.
According to CBS, “The Austin Film Society’s reunion event featured a screening of the film, which starred Black as a wannabe rock star who poses as a substitute teacher at a prep school and turns his class into a rock band. Following the screening, Black and the cast picked up their instruments for a performance.” Video of the gig hasn’t appeared online yet, but you can check out photos from the reunion below.
