The Greg Hardy signing brought a high level of scrutiny to the Dallas Cowboys. Outsiders criticized the Hardy signing because of his alleged past as a domestic abuser. Throughout the year, Hardy should expect harsh words from critics and fans on the outside of the organization. However, it comes as a surprise that Hardy is already getting verbal jabs from his own teammates.
According to Fox Sports, Hardy got into a verbal altercation with his teammate Davon Coleman:
The dispute between Hardy and Coleman arose from Hardy’s questioning Coleman’s effort during conditioning drills, a source said. The situation escalated when, according to a source, Coleman took a dig at Hardy’s domestic violence issues.
“[Coleman] called him a woman beater,” the source said.
Hardy is already facing a 10-game suspension this season stemming from his court case last year. It will be interesting to see if this incident has any effect on his appeal.
