Hey, you! Do you like food and the popular television series Game of Thrones? And can you locate London on a map and afford to travel there on a whim with less than two weeks notice without bankrupting yourself and/or getting fired? Well, whoa Dolly, do I have good news for you. HBO and The Wandering Chef are teaming up to open a Game Of Thrones-themed pop-up restaurant there next weekend, February 13-15, in the Andaz Hotel.

HBO said: “Throughout the evening, guests will sample the finest delicacies Westeros has to offer over multiple courses, accompanied by a carefully selected drinks menu of cocktails fit for a King.”
It revealed that one dish on offer would be “The Lies of Tyrion Lannister and his Proclaimed Innocence”, or poached veal tongue with beetroot, horseradish and Oldtown Mustard.
Poached veal tongue? No thank you. I will have the Hodorburger, a dish I just invented that is literally just a slab of meatloaf between two pieces of Wonderbread.
Fans of the show who wish to win seats at the three-day event HBO is calling “All Men Must Dine” can enter at the HBO website by filling out a form and answering the question “Who is your favorite Game of Thrones character, and what would you cook to win their heart?” Oh ho ho, HBO. But what if I will not be “cooking” at all to win my favorite character’s heart? I’m saying, it’s worked before.
