Thursday night’s Late Night with Seth Meyers featured a very special guest during the show’s “This Week in Numbers” segment: The Count from Sesame Street. The kid-friendly, blood-thirsty puppet helped Meyers cover topics as diverse as Zayn Malik’s departure from One Direction and RadioShack’s bankruptcy proceedings.
True to his origins on PBS, The Count also taught me a valuable lesson about taxes. What about taxes? Oh, nothing much, just the fact that they’re due soon. He seems to love everything about them, so maybe he’s available for a private consultation.
