Roland Emmerich Adds Chin Han And Angelababy To The Cast Of ‘Independence Day 2’

Roland Emmerich is still adding to the cast of Independence Day 2 and he’s gone international, adding two Asian movie stars to the roster: Singaporean actor Chin Han, who previously worked with Emmerich in 2012, has been making his way through the Hollywood ranks in The Dark Knight Rises and Contagion and is best known for being a part of his home country’s first English-language drama, Masters of the Sea.

The other actor is an up-and-coming Chinese actress who goes by the name Angelababy (full name is Angela Yeung Wing). Also a model based in Hong Kong, she has made a bunch of TV and movie appearances in China and will appear in Hitman: Agent 47 this summer.
