Here’s Everything We Know About The New ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season Six Cast Members

Game of Thrones won’t return until next year, sometime around April. However, this last month has seen a flurry of new actors being added to the cast, some well known and some not-so well known. In case you missed any of the individual announcements, here’s a complete list of the new Game of Thrones season six cast members, so far.

1. Sebastian Croft — Croft will reportedly play a young Ned Stark in a flashback scene or scenes.

2. Max Von Sydow — The Oscar nominated Sydow will be playing the Three-Eyed Raven, formerly played by Struan Rodger.

3. Pilou Asbæk — Asbæk has been cast as the Greyjoy eldest brother, Euron Greyjoy, “an infamous pirate who has terrorized seas all around the world.

4. Ian McShane — The Deadwood actor has been cast in a mystery role. He’ll play a pivotal character, with limited screen time.

5. Richard E. Grant — The Four Weddings and a Funeral star has also signed on for a mysterious role in season six of Game of Thrones.

6. Robert Render – The British character actor, who played a Northern Bannerman in a very early episode of Game of Thrones, will return in an unspecified role.

7. Freddie Stroma — The Harry Potter and UnReal star will be joining the cast as Samwell Tarly’s brother, Dickon Tarly.

8. Ricky Champ — Champ will be playing Flynn, part of an Lachlan’s outlaw band, which uses religion to justify terrorizing and extorting what they need from the people of the countryside.

In addition to new cast members, we also know that a few cast members from previous seasons are also coming back, including Rupert Vansittart (Yohn Royce); Jerome Flynn (Bronn); Tom Wlaschiha (Jaqen H’ghar); Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran); David Bradley (Walder Frey); and, of course, Kristian Nairn will be back as Hodor, after a season away.
