A bowler named Troy Walker competed at the 2013 Luci Bonneau Doubles Charity Bowling Tournament in Houston over the weekend, and according to the very convenient video with announcers from a charity bowling tournament, he was the victim of a “horrific bowling accident!” So was his arm ripped off when he reached into the ball return to get his stuck ball? Did he wave his hand over the air blower only to realize that it was blowing out a flesh-eating bacteria? Did you he insert his fingers into the holes only to realize they were the eye sockets of his twin brother’s skull?
No. He went to bowl his 12th-consecutive strike for a perfect game and for some unknown reason the rake arm came down and stopped his ball. Unfortunate? Yes. Horrific? No.
Oh, and fake? I’m not sure, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all.
MLB: Dodgers at Cardinals – 8 PM ET on ESPN
As the Dodgers are starting to run away with the NL West, stories have trickled out that L.A. almost fired manager Don Mattingly when the season didn’t start off as well as they had hoped. I love Mattingly, so I’m glad that didn’t happen, but I kind of wish it had, if only to watch Magic Johnson replace him with Patrick Ewing.
Little League Baseball: Southwest Regional Final – 8 PM ET on ESPN 2
I have no clue which teams are playing in this game and I feel like looking it up would cheat you, the reader, out of the experience of looking it up for yourselves. What’s that? I’m talented and generous? I know. I know.

You may have watched this debut episode of the behind-the-scenes look at Bengals camp yesterday when it debuted, but that’s exactly what HBO and the NFL wanted you to do. Way to go, sheep. WAY. TO. GO.
