The Army-Navy game is undoubtedly one of the best traditions in college sports. The rest of the college football world takes the day off and all of the attention is focused on one of the game’s biggest rivalries that also happens to feature two teams of players that not only play college football, but also train to protect and serve our country.

Considering the importance of the rivalry, it’s no surprise that Army and Navy bring out all of the stops in the pregame.

For starters, both teams took the field for warmups in their incredibly designed helmets. Army was decked out in helmets that honor the 17 branches of the United States Army.

While Navy wore these awe-inspiring battleship helmets.

Before the game started, the famous Navy Leap Frogs made a grand entrance.

There was an Apache that flew overhead.

And there was even the world’s greatest T-shirt cannon.

A powerful invocation was delivered by a West Point Chaplain that had viewers on social media feeling patriotic.

And that was followed by an outstanding version of the National Anthem performed by the combined Army and Navy Glee Clubs.

No matter what happens in the game itself, the pregame of Army-Navy is a spectacle that has become a must-watch.
