Brazilian sensation Marcelo Huertas was a revelation in the Lakers’ stunning 112-95 win over the Golden State Warriors today, and that beautiful lob pass he threw to Larry Nance Jr. for the jam was just one of several glorious assists.
When he wasn’t dropping dimes, he was catching the entire Warriors’ defense by surprise and taking it right in for an easy layup.
Up to this point, Huertas was best known for one of the greatest Shaqtin-a-Fool debuts in NBA history. And as to be expected, the internet was having a field day with this. Case in point:

New career-high for the amount of times I've tweeted about Marcelo Huertas in a game (3).

He’s played so well (10 points and nine assists on 50 percent shooting), he even got some love from Kobe, who probably wasn’t sure who he was or why he was always hanging around in the locker room until just now.
