If the Western Conference Finals continues down the path it’s been traveling, Steven Adams may want to consider wearing a cup. The Oklahoma City big man took another shot to the nuts courtesy of Draymond Green — the second in two games — and this time it came on a kick that may or may not have been intentional.
Green received a Flagrant 1 for his boot to Adams’ testicles during Sunday night’s Game 3. He says that he didn’t do it on purpose.
Draymond denies he intentionally kicked Adams: "I'm sure he wants to have kids one day, I'm not trying to end that on the basketball court."

Intentional or not, the kick looked quite painful and Adams clearly felt some immediate discomfort. But, to his credit, he had a pretty good sense of humor about the incident when asked about it after the game.
Steven Adams on Draymond: "It's happened before. Pretty accurate, that guy."

It says a lot about your character when a grown man keeps assaulting your reproductive organs and you’re still able to make jokes about it. I’m sure it helps that the Thunder are currently leading the series two games to one. It’s a lot easier to swallow the antics of a guy like Draymond when you can point to the scoreboard and get the last laugh.
We may just have to wait and see if it “accidentally” happens again and how Adams handles a third time, especially if things aren’t going so well for OKC.
Adams was smart to let karma have her justice.
Draymond Green was -43 in Game 3
That's worst of anyone in playoffs in 10 seasons for which that stat has been tracked (via @eliassports)
