If you’re thinking about going out on Halloween, SNL wants to remind you that you’re basically asking for trouble. Dressing up and going to the clubs might seem like a good idea before you head out. Your costume is going to look great, you’re going to feel great, and your friends are going to still be your friends. Then alcohol is involved, the night takes hold, and your entire plan falls to pieces.
Life was easier when you could just walk the street in costume begging for candy. People know why you’re out there, they know why you’re dressed up, and the transaction is understood. Just going out in costume for a night out on Halloween is trouble waiting to happen. There’s a transaction waiting to happen, sure, but you’re going to regret it. At least you will if you remember it the next day.
AIdy Bryant is the all-star here, not only getting the whiskers just right with her mouse costume but also finding a way to go completely crazy only a few hours later. And she didn’t even have to be the cheese of the trio. The worst is Cecily Strong. Not based on any sort of performance or actual criticism, but more based on what she did to that pizza. That’s not cool, especially with an entire pizza.
Also does every pizzeria just have a hose hooked up in the back for moments like this? I don’t blame them, but it seems a bit odd.
