Bill Murray: The Mark Twain Prize (PBS, Friday 9:00 p.m.) — Bill Murray is being honored tonight with the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at a gala featuring Dan Aykroyd, Aziz Ansari, Roy Blount Jr., Bill Hader, Jimmy Kimmel, David Letterman, Brian Doyle Murray, Paul Shaffer and Sigourney Weaver. So, you know, good for him I guess.

Z Nation (Syfy, Friday 9:00 p.m.) — Lucy’s existence is discovered by “The Man”; and the gang are reunited with 10K, who informs them all about Murphy’s growing army of devoted followers.
Blue Bloods (CBS, Friday 10:00 p.m.) — Frank has to investigate the NYPD after someone comes forward claiming abuses of power within the organization.

Sunday Night Football: Eagles at Cowboys (NBC, Sunday 8:20 p.m.) — Philadelphia (4-2) at Dallas (5-1). These longtime rivals battle for the lead in the NFC East , with the Eagles pass rush trying to make inroads against one of the league’s top offensive lines.
