The Crown (Netflix) — It’s rumored that Netflix spent close to $200 million on their latest original series The Crown and it sounds like all that money paid off. The drama follows the early reign of Queen Elizabeth II (Claire Foy). The first season of the series (we’ll assume there’ll be more if those rabid Downton Abbey fans take a liking to it) focuses on Elizabeth’s ascension to the thrown after the death of her father and her hard-fought marriage to Philip (Doctor Who himself, Matt Smith).
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow (CW, 8:00 p.m.) — The Legends discover a time aberration in 1863 and must fight for survival during the Civil War with Confederate soldiers who have been turned into zombies. Meanwhile, Ray struggles to figure out his place on the team as Sarah must live with the consequences of her decisions as team leader.
Grey’s Anatomy (ABC, 8:00 p.m.) — Amelia and Owen have trouble leaving their relationship problems at home as the staff deals with an annoying new consultant and her suggestions for revamping the OR.
Rosewood (Fox, 8:00 p.m.) — Rosewood and Villa get help from the city’s best pathology students on a cold-case double murder that may have ties to the Rosewood family.
Superstore (NBC, 8:00 p.m.) — The store serves as a polling place on Election Day and plenty of drama is on the ballot. While Amy and Jonah rebel against corporate’s self-serving voting guide, Dina and Glenn become involved in a cover-up and Mateo tries to conceal his undocumented status.
The Big Bang Theory (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) — An episode of “Fun With Flags” takes place in Penny’s apartment as Amy lies about repairs happening at her own place in order to keep rooming with Sheldon.
The Good Place (NBC, 8:30 p.m.) — Eleanor’s life in the Good Place is in jeopardy. Now that Michael knows she doesn’t belong, he has to decide whether to send her to the Bad Place or make a deal with Bad guy Trevor (Adam Scott) in order to keep her in the community. Who knew Ben Wyatt could be such an a**hole?
The Great Indoors (CBS, 8:30 p.m.) — Clark, Emma and Mason must help Jack after he creates a truly awful online dating profile.
Pitch (Fox, 9:00 p.m.) — Ginny feels the pressure after signing an endorsement deal with Nike and a night of wild partying leads her to a much needed session with her therapist.
Chicago Med (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) — Dr. Halstead gets lured into a business endeavor; a young woman with a heart infection is treated; and Reese’s former patient seeks her help.
Notorious (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — Jake hunts for Sarah’s murderer while hiding out from the paparazzi at Julia’s house.
Supernatural (CW, 9:00 p.m.) — Dean struggles to accept Mary’s latest decision as he and Sam take on a case that leads them to a devout religious family who live off the grid.
Mom (CBS, 9:00 p.m.) — Rosie O’Donnell guest stars tonight as Bonnie’s former girlfriend who’s offering Christy big-bucks employment in real estate if she gives up her dream job as a lawyer.
Life in Pieces (CBS, 9:30 p.m.) — Greg lies to Jen about voting in the presidential election; Tim gives Joan a prescription for medical marijuana; and Matt takes Colleen to the ER when she complains about stomach cramps.
Better Things (FX, 10:00 p.m.) — Sam makes moves and gives away free frozen chicken.
Falling Water (USA, 10:00 p.m.) — Burton’s controlled façade crumbles; Taka and Sabine find an unexpected intimacy; and Tess seeks solace with a dying ex-lover.
Pure Genius (CBS, 10:00 p.m.) — Zoe and Malik clash over whether to use a revolutionary procedure involving spider silk to save a boy’s crushed legs or go the safer route and amputate them. Meanwhile, James, Walter and Talaikha care of a young woman in desperate need of a liver transplant who, to their surprise, is reluctant to accept a donation from her estranged father.
The Blacklist (NBC, 10:00 p.m.) — Alexander Kirk’s medical condition continues to deteriorate forcing Liz to go to Cooper for guidance. Elsewhere, Red enlists the task force to hunt down a mysterious individual who provides new identities to on-the-lam criminals.
