UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor loves to be the center of attention, and he accomplished that goal with spades at the Grand National horse race at Aintree. This is one of those posh UK events where everyone dresses to the nines and women wear a variety of ridiculous hats. Conor, on the other hand, came looking like he just rolled out of a garbage can.

I’m sure many monocles were popped by his braggadocious swagger.
While Aintree technically doesn’t have a dress code, we doubt many other people would have been allowed in bare chested. It may help that McGregor has a history with the horse racing community, having promoted the Pegasus World Cup Invitational in videos where he ran around in the nude. So perhaps the folks at the Grand National were just happy Conor was wearing pants today.

McGregor is currently awaiting the birth of his first child in May with longtime partner Dee Devlin, and is set to sit down with UFC president Dana White following that to work out the details of a Floyd Mayweather boxing superfight. For now it looks like he’s enjoying his time off. Who needs a fight coming up to keep pulling headlines? Not Conor McGregor, that’s for sure.
