Being a Frank Ocean fan can sometimes be an exhausting proposition. After so many years of hearing nothing, these days, you literally never know when he might come through with something totally new. Case in point, either late Saturday night, or early Sunday morning, depending on what time zone you happen to occupy, Frank rolled through with the fourth episode of his Apple Beats 1 radio program blonded RADIO. Sure enough, he also slipped a brand new track in the mix.

Actually, that last sentence isn’t entirely accurate. Frank didn’t just share one version of his new song “Lens,” he shared two versions; a regular solo edition, and then one that came with a Travis Scott feature.

“Lens” also got a little instrumental assistance from super producer Mike Dean.

Ever since he released his two albums Blonde and Endless late last year, Frank has been on a creative tear that puts his many years in the wilderness post-Channel Orange into an even starker light. On the last episode of blonded RADIO, he unveiled a collaboration with Jay Z and Tyler The Creator called “Biking.” Can you even fathom the kind of juice it take to debut a Jay verse on Apple these days? Before that he unveiled the cut “Chanel” with A$AP Rocky.
