On Tuesday night, the Chicago Bulls were in Denver for the second game of a back-to-back. The previous night, Bulls guard Derrick Rose played 25 minutes in the Bulls 97-95 win over Utah, so being active on back-to-back nights would have been a bit of a milestone for him. Prior to Tuesday, Rose had only played in six games all year and had yet to play on consecutive nights.
Well the good news is he made it; he started on consecutive nights. The bad news however is that he only played 10 minutes and didn’t come out for the second half with what the team described once again as hamstring soreness.
Rose apparently re-injured the nagging hamstring going up for a rebound late in the first half.

Coach Tom Thibodeau approached Rose at halftime and they both agreed he should sit out the rest of the game.
Rose said he didn't feel anything pop or pull. Said Thibs came to him at halftime with the idea to sit and he agreed.
