Over the winter, few predicted the box office domination that was American Sniper. The Clint Eastwood war movie brought in over $500 million at the box office worldwide, so it’s needless to say that war-themed PTSD films are a big deal right now. But, what if you added a dog and some teenage angst into the mix? How would that play? It’s unknown, but there are certainly reasons to understand why some may think Max is going to be a major draw for audiences when it releases later this year.
