Trailing by 14 points against the Hawks last night, Eric Bledsoe was fouled by Pero Antic as he brought the ball across half-court. The refs rightfully called the foul on Antic, yet Bledsoe slammed the ball against the court and pointed at official Eric Lewis, earning a technical. He continued to argue — why, we still don’t know, but Paul Coro of the Arizona Republic described it as “arguing a non-call” — earning his second technical of the game and an automatic ejection. It was Bledsoe’s second ejection of the year, but again, he was getting in the ref’s face AFTER GETTING THE CALL.
That’s just dumb, and a sign the Suns have given up on the season even if they’re not technically eliminated from the playoffs yet (they’re done, it’s just a matter of when).
Eric Bledsoe got a T. He kept talking to official Eric Lewis and got tossed. #SunsAtHawks

Here’s the foul by Antic, who later in the night was somehow also embroiled in the nightclub stabbing of Chris Copeland:
For the life of us, we can’t figure out what could have pissed Bledsoe off. What did the ref miss? He gave the freakin’ call to him! This annoys us so much more than any flopping nonsense, which we’re likely to file under gamesmanship more than anything. But to argue with the ref after he just gave you the call? That’s just dumb, or a really lousy way for Bledsoe to force his way off the court.
