The good times just keep on coming for the Golden State Warriors.
Following their 123-110 victory over the Dallas Mavericks last night, Steph Curry and company had a little fun with their record-breaking rookie coach. The win moved Golden State to 63-13 on the year, making Steve Kerr the winningest first-year coach in NBA history.
And the ‘Dubs thought he deserved more than a game ball for his accomplishment.

Though suddenly in need of some new sideline attire, Kerr was hardly upset at his players’ congratulatory gesture.
“Great scene in there, and I wasn’t really thinking about the significance of the record,” he told the Associated Press. “Those guys were. They presented me the ball, and how lucky am I to coach these guys in my first year? Ridiculous.”
The Warriors are just one win away from clinching home court advantage throughout the playoffs, a feat they’ll try and accomplish today in a potential Western Conference Finals preview against the San Antonio Spurs.
