The Denver Nuggets selected Emmanuel Mudiay with the 7th pick in the draft. The writing on the wall for Ty Lawson, the Nuggets’ incumbent starting point guard, is now clear enough for everyone to read, Lawson included.
Lawson was streaming video of himself watching the draft. When the pick was announced, Lawson said, “I guess I’m going to Sacramento, bro.” Lawson’s name has been linked to the Sacramento Kings in recent days given the DeMarcus Cousins/George Karl debacle.
Unfortunately, the Nuggets guard has since deleted the stream. The ever industrious Nicki Jhabvala of the Denver Post, though, made the prudent choice to record its most pertinent portion.

UPDATE: The Denver Post’s sports show asked if Lawson wanted to come on and discuss the draft. His response was, uh, well…about what you’d expect.
