Zombies are everywhere in pop culture. The Walking Dead, which just returned last week for its sixth season, is one of the most popular shows on television. Video games almost always come with a “zombie” multiplayer mode. Tons of straight-up zombie games already litter the market. Low-budget zombie flicks are made every other day. Zombies are extremely easy Halloween costumes and some can get creative. There are best-selling books about how to survive a zombie apocalypse. It’s (pardon the pun) a plague.
But there is one thing that zombies haven’t hit yet: The NBA. Until now. If a Zombie apocalypse hit the hardwood, I’d wager these guys could still put up a triple-double even if it takes half the shot clock to shamble to the other side of the court.
So, in honor of The Walking Dead starting back up again, and with Halloween just around the corner, here are the Walking Ballers.
