Egg Boy became a viral sensation over the weekend after video hit the internet of Australian teenager Will Connolly smashing an egg on the back of the head of senator Fraser Anning, who blamed the massacre of Muslims in Christchurch, New Zealand on Islam as a religion.
If you haven’t seen it by now, here is Egg Boy serving some yolky justice to Anning.

In the past few days, the internet has raised over $70,000 for his legal fees, which he has pledged to donate to the victims of the mass shooting in New Zealand. Egg Boy has gotten his fair share of criticism for the act, but for many he is now a beloved figure for throwing handing out his personal brand of justice to Anning for some horrific racist comments.
Among those in Egg Boy’s corner is Sixers star Ben Simmons, who gave him a shoutout on his sneakers for the Sixers game in Charlotte on Tuesday night against the Hornets.

Simmons may not be quite as vocal as some NBA stars when it comes to politics, but when he has made his feelings known he’s not one to mince words, most notably calling Donald Trump a “dickhead” back in 2017. Now he’s on record as a supporter of Egg Boy, giving the young man a sneaker shoutout.
